We keep the identities of our instructors private. However, you should know that our instructors love what they do and are consummate professionals. FASTACT is VETERAN OWNED! Our instructors are leaders in their community and come from a wide variety of professional occupations. Almost all of our staff is active, retired, or reserve law enforcement officers. Some of our instructors are prior or retired Military Officers or Enlisted with combat experience. Most of our instructors are leaders in their respective occupations and hold advanced degrees in Criminal Justice, Business, Education, Aviation, Science, and Phycology. When you train with FASTACT, we hope that the combined experience of our training team will both challenge you and enhance your knowledge.
To be eligible to receive VA benefits, you are required to train 18 hours per week for 26 weeks to complete the course. Our classes are held on Saturday and Sunday. Due to the nature of the curriculum, it is important for you to be ready to commit to 6 months of weekend training. We strictly follow our absenteeism policy. If you need more information about the schedule or absenteeism policy, please contact us. We will do everything possible to accommodate without compromising the integrity of your training.
Scan and email COE to robertnull@fastactllc.com and we will email you the enrollment form to complete and send back to us for processing. Once you have completed the ADMISSION AND ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS detailed at this link http://www.fastactllc.com/mgib__vre_approved_nra_instructor_training you will be notified via email of your acceptance. This program is designed to attract motivated and determined individuals. If you are unable to meet any of the requirements, contact us at robertnull@fastactllc.com for further guidance.
LORs are a screening process to determine who is a suitable candidate for our program. We view LORs as a key ingredient for determining who is a competitive applicant. If you are unable to obtain the LORs, this could significantly hinder your ability to get accepted. LORs will be verified.
If you are no longer able to contact people to get the letters, email us and we will give you some recommendations for alternative approaches.
You will receive a $500 book stipend each semester. This will be enough money to purchase any items needed to train. To start, you really do not need anything. But, be ready to purchase items to use for training. WE WILL SHOOT A LOT. Even If you are a good shot, plan on shooting LOTS. We do not provide ammo. You may want to start stocking up. A detailed list of ammo requirements will be provided upon enrolment.
We are in the process of securing a cost effective overnight bunking room for those who travel from out of town.
Contact us and we can help you obtain the information you need to provide this letter. At a minimum, the letter must address the below:
Applicants must not:
•Suffer from “mental or physical infirmity due to disease, illness, or retardation” which prevents the safe handling of a handgun;
•Have been adjudicated to be mentally deficient or been committed to a mental institution.

Successful graduates of our program are eligible for an additional 6 months of instructor development training to further enhance your knowledge and skills as a professional firearm trainer.
